Glossy
Glossy prints have a smooth, shiny finish.
Looks best outside of frames and albums
Have an unmatched upscale feel to them
Can produce a glare in brightly-lit areas
Attracts fingerprints if handled incorrectly
The finish is so fine that if left in a glass frame, it could adhere to the glass over time.
Matte
Matte prints have a slight textured finish which reduces sheen.
